Are you homeless or at risk of homelessness?

The Kitsap County Housing Solutions Center is your first step in seeking housing assistance. This center is funded by grants from the Kitsap County Housing and Homelessness Division; works in tandem with community partners throughout the county; and is managed and staffed by Kitsap Community Resources.

As a one-stop community portal to county-wide housing availability and resources, HSC can connect individuals to housing resources throughout the county, including emergency shelter, rental & deposit assistance, and/or landlord referral.

Contact your local office to schedule an appointment or coordinate transportation.

Housing Solutions Center

Kitsap County relies on a Coordinated Entry system, known as the Housing Solutions Center (HSC), to prioritize people who are in most need of assistance and refer them to available and appropriate housing and services.  If you are in need or know someone who is, start by connecting with the Housing Solutions Center.

PSRC Coordinated Mobility Plan Now Available

To: Community Organizations in Central Puget Sound Region

As you may already know, Puget Sound Regional Council is a public agency responsible for long-term regional transportation planning in King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

We reached out to you in 2025 to collaborate on developing  the 2026 Coordinated Mobility Plan, which focuses on improving transportation options for communities facing accessibility and mobility barriers due to age, income, disability status, language spoken, or other       circumstances. Thank you to the organizations who invited PSRC to present at their meetings, table at an event, or provided feedback through another venue. We could not have created this plan without your input.

We are pleased to announce that the Coordinated Mobility Plan, along with the rest of the Regional Transportation Plan (2026-2050), was adopted by the General Assembly on May 28. The final adopted Coordinated Mobility Plan is accessible on our website: https://www.psrc.org/planning-2050/regional-transportation-plan/coordinated-mobility-plan

PSRC will now turn our attention to the implementation of these plans. We hope to partner with you and your organization in the future on regional planning efforts.

Thank you for all you do to support communities throughout our region.

Resource Highlight: Kitsap1

Have you ever seen a pothole, a sign that is broken, or illegal dumping alongside the road? Did you want a fast and easy way to report it? Kitsap County has an app to help residents report problems       anywhere in the County. See, Click, Fix is a free, easy-to-use app       (Android or IOS) that allows residents to instantly send pictures, specific descriptions and other important information to report potholes, downed signs, traffic signals, illegal dumping and other issues that need attention. It’s also available from the desktop (www.kcowa.us/k1).

The report is sent to County staff and routed to the  appropriate County Department or city agency to investigate and respond. Residents are updated through the app as their request is completed. All reports are shown on an area map. This allows users to see other reports       in their area and determine if their concern has already been reported.

The app allows users to track their request and see progress made. The software provides a dashboard that allows technicians to monitor responses to ensure timely completion. Residents can even create their own “watch area” to receive notifications about all issues reported in their community-not just the ones they report. Get the app and see the app at www.kcowa.us/k1.

You can always submit concerns through Kitsap1 (360.337.5777) or help@kitsap1.com). Kitsap1 is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
