Dedicated to ending homelessness in Kitsap County.
The Kitsap County Housing Solutions Center is your first step in seeking housing assistance. This center is funded by grants from the Kitsap County Housing and Homelessness Division; works in tandem with community partners throughout the county; and is managed and staffed by Kitsap Community Resources.
As a one-stop community portal to county-wide housing availability and resources, HSC can connect individuals to housing resources throughout the county, including emergency shelter, rental & deposit assistance, and/or landlord referral.
Housing Solutions Center can provide referrals or services that can help you prevent eviction; find affordable housing options; and and work to help stabilize families who are in crisis situations.

Every person in our community has a safe, decent, stable, and appropriate home.

The Kitsap Housing and Homelessness Coalition provides leadership to end homelessness through planning, coordination among social service providers, advocacy, and education.

The Kitsap Housing and Homelessness Coalition strives to carry out our mission with respect, commitment, compassion, integrity, and a willingness to change.

Mark your calendar and start warming up your voice to show the strength of our housing justice movement at Housing & Homelessness Advocacy Day, happening in person in Olympia on January 26!
Each year hundreds of advocates from across the state unite to meet with lawmakers and share their experience and expertise during HHAD.
Our policy priorities for 2026 will be finalized soon. We anticipate that in January we will ask lawmakers to continue investing in affordable housing – including the Housing Trust Fund, to use progressive revenue to fill budget gaps, to fund critical tenant protections including the Eviction Right to Counsel program, to prevent local governments from criminalizing homelessness, and prevent local governments from blocking the creation of shelter and permanent supportive housing in their communities.
Join WLIHA in Olympia in January to:
No experience is required! Our team of legislative district leads will guide you through the day, and you'll be invited to short trainings over Zoom before HHAD to get briefed on the bills we are supporting and how to effectively talk with lawmakers.
Registration fees are sliding scale from $0-60. You can choose the amount that's right for you. Lunch, materials, and a red HHAD scarf will be provided. And kids are welcome at HHAD!

Kitsap Project Connect is a series of annual services and information resource fairs that bring together local organizations who serve low-income and homeless individuals and families in need. These events are hosted in coordination with the Kitsap Point-in-Time (PIT) Count to ensure everyone who is unhoused is counted accurately for reporting to the state to receive additional funding throughout the year.
This program is made possible in part by a grant from the Suquamish Tribe and Suquamish Foundation.
